Haven (“Haven,” “we”) is a commercial-financing broker. We connect eligible businesses with third-party funding providers. We are not a lender: we do not make credit decisions, we do not provide the funds, and we do not determine approval, pricing or terms. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
What you enter in the form:
- Your business name, your name, business phone number and business email address.
- The funding amount you are looking for, your monthly business revenue range and your time in business (as ranges, not exact figures).
- The state where your business is located.
- Whether the business currently has an active advance and, if you choose to tell us, how many.
What your browser sends automatically:
- Your IP address and browser and device type (user agent).
- The address of the page you submitted from and the page that referred you to us. If you arrived through an advertisement, that address may carry click identifiers (such as a Google GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID, a Meta fbclid, or UTM campaign parameters); we keep them with your inquiry so we can tell which advertising, if any, brought you here.
- The date and time you submitted the form.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, online-banking logins, tax returns, bank statements, government ID or date of birth through this website. If any of these are needed later, they are requested separately through an appropriate secure process.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your inquiry and discuss options that may be available.
- To understand whether, and with which funding providers, your business may be eligible.
- With your permission, to submit your information to funding providers so they can consider an offer.
- To keep a record of the consent you gave us (the exact wording you agreed to, when, and from which device), as the law requires.
- To understand which advertising, if any, brought you to us, and to improve this website.
- To comply with legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Funding providers. This is the core of what we do: to obtain an offer, we submit your information to one or more third-party funding providers. They handle your information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We do not submit your information to a provider until we have spoken with you.
Service providers who process data on our behalf include website hosting, our database, transactional email and our customer relationship management system. Advertising and analytics platforms (Google, Meta) receive limited attribution data only after your consent settings have been respected. Those providers may use the information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.
When the law requires it — for example in response to a lawful request by a public authority, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls, text messages and email
When you submit the form, you agree that Haven and the funding providers to which we submit your information may contact you by phone, text message or email — including through automated dialing systems and pre-recorded messages — about your inquiry and financing options. Consent is not a condition of receiving any offer. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls or email, tell the person who contacts you or write to info@havenbusinessfunding.com. Opting out of marketing contact does not stop messages that are needed to answer a request you made.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve your inquiry and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Records of the consent you gave us are kept for as long as the law requires us to be able to show it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time; we will do so except where we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
Write to info@havenbusinessfunding.com. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify that a request comes from you before acting on it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
